Been asked to post an example Spectre build so here is it.

I have never built this so this example was only my first thoughts - there might be room for improvement.

Looking back at it I guess I was attempting to utilise the Spectre's ability to HiPS so focused on Hide/Move Silently skills (as well as the Negative Energy Burst).

I made a build like this but with focus on all (or almost all) shifter spells. So I could use Lizard, Spectre, Drider and i think Rakshaa too. And all the schools of their spells had focuses and Empowered/Maximized spells. Extended too for Haste and other spells.

A 900 hp gorilla with damage dealing 100 hp empowered neg. energy bursts, thereby healing yourself and the mummy. I went full focus for max hp and did not go shifter 18 because then you are missing all the epic spells. Thinking about teaming this up with a D5/S10/SD25 and epic shadow for extra fun ;D

Gear guide must have:
-Dragon Claw Staff: +6 deflection saves a ring slot, has Mass Haste and several skill bonuses
-Shifting Stance boots from Lonely Mountain with 50% negative penalty for faster healing
-Luna or Mystic Shield to remove spellcast penalty, all usual +12 DEX/CON items
