Gondor vs Mordor 1 / GvM1 Players Forum / Druid Spectre Shape

So i logged in my Gondor Sorc to do some hunting. Went to see a guy about a thing in the sewers which led me to the Mirkwood. There I found my target which ended up killing me to my disgust.
What I found so out of the ordinary was his Caster level of negative energy burst in specter shape. in which he had 62Levels. As we all know basic math of this game to over come SR its a d20+caster lvl +feats( spell pen).
I asked this player how can such a thing occur? in return they mentioned empower spell. Well that cant be right because druids dont have access to NEB. only sorcs/wizs and evil domain clerics do. This PC didnt have any levels in that class. What is going on in GvM?
Those of you wondering what max Caster Lvl you can have with feats is 46 as a pure caster. DM's can you look into this for me? I took a screenshot. no reason a druid caster should be doing 100 damage on neb.

Gondor vs Mordor 1 / GvM1 Future Talk / Re: Conceal

I got so bored with the build I banked both of my tanks xp because they just weren't exciting to play. Really just used them to get the XP bonus up. Terror has done a great job in enhancing certain aspects of every class. Trying to balance them all is an ongoing work in progress.
I mentioned to someone that if we could institute PnP True Strike into NWN that would have an equalizer in the mod. True Strike negates all concealment in PnP. If that got worked into the game i think it might even the playing field on both sides.
Everything needs to have a weakness as well as a strength.

With the exception of BD. Most bosses here can be beat with a team of 4. A Crit Immune tank of some kind, a healer, a damage dealer and an archer. I say this only because I've been a part of a group that used to do it day in and day out. There are several good tank builds out there. See which one works best for you in the bosses you want to kill.
The random damage thing. I understand it could be frustrating. I think most of the vets could agree it can be a tad overkill but something that should be expected if bosses are dying left and right and have no chance at slaying a PC's. Lucky for you they haven't put in a script to where the bosses would go after the PC that is causing the most damage....Oops did I let the cat out of the bag on that?

Gondor vs Mordor 1 / GvM1 Players Forum / Shadowdancer Shadow Evade

I recently made a character with over 20 levels of SD. The new enhancement for that class with Shadow Evade is concealment. Currently I have 23levels of SD that should provide me with 70% concealment. When I enact the ability I don't gain the concealment ability. Any help with this would be great.

I already brought this up to Turril. He indicated to me that something might be back in the works. Perhaps the gauntlet and perhaps a Fighter set, sort of like what the monk can get.

Its an option but not a very good one. Dragons suffer a hide penatly on top of the one instilled into the game. Plus you need to spend 2 feats to get the SD class. If you can find a way to fit it in and not suffer any other penalty then go for it.
