Charlie, I believe he chose Rogue because a Druid has to be Nuetral, and a BG must be Evil. Monks would require a Lawful alignment.
And wands most of the time get rid of most damage spell shields 100% of the time.
I would stop BG at lvl 19 and get 3 rogue for evasion and uncanny dodge. You would lose 1 AB to keep your dodge bonus when flanked.

Elf Chaotic Evil 13STR 16 DEX 13INT 16CHA
Put 2 points into CHA and 8 Into DEX Pre epic 8 bard 4 bg 8 AA(Take BG lvls on 9 11,12 and 18th) Epic 3 bard 17 AA Throw in bard whenever you seem its best.
Forgot to mention that this build does not suffer an xp penalty.

Get yourself a dragon ring and pluck away. Great asset to a group.

This toon gets great AC for using a 2handed weapon. (70ish) plus you can always switch to another weapon and shield. I adjusted the leveling scheme it should be right now.
My WK Heavy Flail toon is 25th level and has a max ab of 50 and max ac of 66. With no uncanny dodge it sucks against SD's so have plenty of items with TS on them.(I carry 6 items) Very fun build for PvP. Taunt helps in a big way along with curse song once its high enough. Wands of haste are very handy when you're casting expires. Scrolls of lesser spell mantle also handy. Wand of protection from elements.

I've already tried to fight this before and was shot down by the DM's. Their reasoning being they don't want power builds to have all the fun and wanted a more diverse group of PC's.
UMD was basically a non issue until crybabies got killed in PvP by scrolls. So any item that has a class restricion lvl over 21 can't be UMD. Pointless, i know but hey what can you do? Items were supposed to be scaled back after the wipe to try and create a more balanced playing field. That really hasn't happend here as their are some mondo magnificent items out there.(game changers) They reduced some classes to try and even them out as well all in the name of balance instead of fun.

First of all a big thanks to the DEV. crew and Turril for the strides in making XP more available. It's a step in the right direction. However I still think an overall increase in xp can be helpful to the player base.
This would enable newcomers and even some of the old farts around here to build more than 1 lvl 40 before 1 month is up. I'm not saying to raise it to some crazy amount just something to aid leveling quicker. With the numbers down and party levels being so indifferent it could be better for everyone. I myself being limited in time would freaking love leveling a toon to level 20 by the end of the week.(roughly 8hrs)
The slow grind of gaining levels when no one is on is quite boring. Might as well make it worth their while if they chose to visit your server.
With an increase in XP this would enable everyone to make new toons and hopefully that would drive the PVP numbers up which is sorely missed by some.
Not saying if you don't do this things won't get better but it couldn't hurt.

I have a Mordor toon that uses this build currently. "Nameless" He uses a warhammer and shield. I think he's lvl 29 or 30. Great PvP toon at that level. Ac is maxed out at 74 ab is 44. Great build. Thanks Terror.

Where are the 8 attacks coming from? I see 4+1 from haste+1 from rage. Where are the other two?
I believe Maeglin22 already plays a toon calle Eol The Dark. I think he hasn't been on in awhile.

Freedom immunity also makes the Assassin prestige class completely worthless.
The only immunities I feel that should be on here are the bigby spells. Yes, most STR builds can overcome the forceful but the dexers are dead in their tracks.
Less immunities and more items with uses per day would be better.
The problem here on GvM isn't the items. It's the style of play each player is used to. Here on GvM you have to be well equipped to handle boss run's and the Player encounters. The items on here are geared more towards handling boss runs rather than making for "equal" ground pvp.

There is a prestige class called Deepwood Sniper in PnP that has some of the WM abilities.
I believe they get concealment reduction 10% every 4 levels. Keen arrows and crit mulitplier on the bow. Cool class but I doubt CEP would add anything like that.
So basically the threat range on a longbow would be 18-20 x4.

In order for this to work I believe Osgiliath would need to be split into multiple maps. (Osg East, Osg West, Osg North, Osg South and Osgiliath Central) This would probably reduce lag rather than having one huge map with multiple spawns. Each map would have a capture point and a mid lvl boss.
