Agreed with the lack of soloing opportunities and the lack of players leveling is very slow and tedious

Thanks for the replies so i can dominate anything in the corsairs, Lorien, Outpost, pelegair, and Rivendell as they arent gonds or mords just friendly to them... Is baradur counted as part of Mordor? Sorry if im being a bit dense here  before the wipe i had decent success dominating in issendor thats why i ask but there werent as many faction friendly npcs as far as i remember.

I see in the pocket that you arent allowed to cast the dominate spells on faction NPC's can someone clarify what that is? I can see that if you Gondor or Mordor then the city npcs etc are your own faction but if im a Gondor for instance can i dominate in the corsairs? Lorien? Baradur? Outpost etc? If Mordor pelegair? Rivendell? etc

I'm confused to whether because NPC's are friendly to the other side are they regarded as faction NPCs and as such not allowed to be dominated?

I think part of the reason some aren't logging in any more is that although there's lots of things to do on the server, they all require a group of people to do them.  And there usually isn't enough people on at the same time to do big runs, and if there are, then the PvP side usually suffers if your going on a raid in the far reaches of no mans land.

Good ideas Zev and you hit the nail on the head with this statement, I havent been on much just because after a certain level its almost impossible to solo anymore (well not many places)  and due to time restrictions and lack of players on the UK times not really worth the effort. Hope your idea catch on. 

I presume that the Shield Ring is to make up for 2 handers not having a shield but does it work if you are duel weilding as well?
