Luxury problems with Armor

I have some nice armor which I couldn't use therefore some advise needed for a build which suits best for:
Eomer's Chain (Medium Armor)
Lesser Numenoren Plate (Prince Cardolan)
Barad Dur Casing (could use from lvl17 which is weird considering it comes from BD)
Pink Balrog Scales thanks to Yoghy (like Fallen Plate for Blackguard but not restricted, what to do with Heavy Armor Hide 15/Move Silent 15)?
Although they have nice DR none of these have any stat bonuses which makes it somewhat harder.

i would build a str based sd with about 30 lvls of sd you can get hide over 100 with only 16 dex and shadow evade
