The race depends on some factors, if it is to do with some exotic weapon (eg waraxe bastard or dwarves) will have to be human, but if you make ordinary weapon, can dwarf, who would pick up more.
 Note: If you want improved KD will have to be human Quaker way, common and dwarf with a gun, you get KD normal, the same thing with human and exotic weapon.

Just a couple things. You didn't take blind fight, so maybe drop the toughness at level 18 and pick that up. HS also gets two bonus feats, one at level 1 and 1 at level 5. So you could get two epic skill focuses with that (disc/heal/concentration, maybe even xclass spellcraft for an extra +2 saves vs spells). Also you took epic prowess twice, so just drop the second one and take epic toughness 1, cause that's pretty much all you can take :/ aside from that, this sorta build gets good ab+ac, can use all the nice fighter only items, hits pretty hard, although 5 attacks/round.

The widget is nice, especially with wm levels and high ab (where removing a shield or lowering defence is more likely to be a game-changer). If you go the other way the WM bonus ab/ac is nice too.
The decent ac plus expertise means it can semi-tank stronger mobs (but not many bosses) for a short time - personally I prefer Sest's version of this build, but it's a good general class combination - there are 4 or 5 variations, depeding on whether it dual-wields, and if you prefer high wm or high fighter.
