Looking for Ring of Protection +8

It's just a simple ring...  But I've never actually had one in my possession. 

I think I have gear that's worth a trade, but the last dude I talked to wasn't interested in anything I had.  But if you need something and am willing to trade, just lemme know.

I've been playing Gavin Scrumbottom (player name Matt Larson).  All my characters are Scrumbottoms (Gondor) or Drumbottoms (Mordor).

This may be entirely inaccurate, but I was told that they were only carried by Gondor NPCS and for that reason you had to be of Mordor alignment to acquire one...

There are also some Mordor NPC that drop it and neutral for that matter.

Gondor Peacekeepers I believe are the Gonds that drop the +8 rop. Not sure on the Mords
