I've never done any build posting before, mainly because.. most of my builds aren't that great and are not really soloable toons, but this time, it seems like it is a good build, and so I decided to share it with you guys. There are a lot of shifter / dragon builds which can solo bosses, and I haven't quite seen others that can solo except easier bosses. I only have one build that can solo osgil boss, and that is a dragon. I find it easier to solo with this build, so I thought it might be something better or equivalent (even though it's not easy soloing Baragor or other bosses, mainly because it can't really have many mobs around, or mages).
Anyway, here it goes.

Skill points
*********
Concentration : 43
Discipline : 43 (+10 from Epic Skill Focus)
Spellcraft : 10
Tumble : 40
Parry : 43  (+10 from Epic Skill Focus)

It is Dual wielding Kama.
AB with Aid from Ranger and HS potion is (this has a weird AB progression, especially because it's halfling using Kama (one of the reasons why I went halfling instead of human)) :

Hasted: 66 / 63 / 60 / 57 / 54 / 51 / 70 / 66 / 61

Hasted and Flurry : 64 / 61 / 58 / 55 / 52 / 49 / 68 / 63 / 64 / 59

I'm not too sure what Max ab would look like. It's a little weird. It should +3 from there (I should've read the class changes. Apparently dual wielding gives +2 ab).
(Btw this ab is not including Bane of Enemies AB, so it should give +2)

AC : Max ac would be 92.  ( I dunno if this includes halfling ac or not. maybe not)
Wearing Nazgul fleeting step, Haste, and HS could potentially get you 90 ac (with +6 robe, +6 ring and +7 ammy).
(This is with full dex and full wisdom, get flat footed and you'll die fast!)

Getting the right item is really tough. I'm using Soul Pick (1d8 Divine, +5, keen, Mass crit 1d10), which works nicely with Blade of thirst (2d10 magic). Sadly HS pot's 5 magic damage goes to waste, but I like that +5 ab and the AC. It has low Discipline, even though I took the Epic Skill.. Using Bara belt,  Warrior's gloves, and Cloak of dark arts, max STR is giving me 82 Discipline, so even though your ac is high, if they roll 20 on KD, you are likely to get KD-ed and die fast Tongue
Using WK's helmet for Wisdom boost, Focus ring for +2 wisdom, Bigby bane, and Smaug's choker (it is +7 and has fear immune). If you have +7 robe, then you'll get +1 ac!

Even without some of these end game items, it will have high 80 ac, which is enough to solo osgil boss and what not. It's just that it has no DR, so it's quite sad when there are many mobs. Monk levels give evasion and deflect arrows, which are quite nice.

You can have it as Human, but your highest ab would be like 69 or 70, depending on how you make it. Also, you could have 13 int for expertise, and probably could kill peacekeeper even though he has like 74 ab!! I think human is a better choice since I'm getting KD-ed a lot more than I wanted..
