Test account

Good night:

I do not remember who was interested on having a separate test account for testing builds. Problem is when you have choosen to guard your account and server never ask you anymore for selecting accounts. So you play with only 1 acount.

There is a solution in the EE edition. You need to change a line inside the "settings.tml" file. This file is (Windows edition) located at

C:\Users\"your user name"\Documentos\Neverwinter Nights

C: or any other like D, E, depending on how many hard drives you have and in which one you installed Steam aplication. Do not try to find under c:\Steam\Steamapps because it is not there.

"your user name" = Patrick, Joshua, Karl, or the name of your Windows account used to logging in Windows (7,8,10) operating system.
Documentos = Documents, i think on english versions of windows

Once you have located the file, open it with a text editor. Recomended to copy file and rename it like "settings.bak.tml, for instance, to have a backup if you want to restore to original, just delete edited one and rename again settings.bak.tml to original name.

Once opened find the following lines

[client]
   [client.identity]
      name = "Myxplyk"

just to play always with Myxplyk account

but if you want to play more accounts just delete and left as the following:

[client]
   [client.identity]
      name = ""

Now just save file and and next logging server Will request you your acount name to enter.
