I realize the above link still works, however I do not believe that search engine has been used in quite some time. I figured I would supply the link and build search engine that I have been using for awhile now.

There is also an Epic Character Builders Guild forum that is still in use. They had to migrate it a few years back when Bioware changed their social site. It's still fairly active and if you post there you will usually get a few responses.
