FYI- you LOSE 2 ab by going ranger 1-20. you CANNOT take both epic dodge AND Bane of Enemies(wich is +4 AB)

But you are right- Kukris are a better weapon choice epsecially if you go halfling(which was done with this character.

There are enough feat available that you could go human and focus in 2 weapons depending on where you play it.

ok- 20 lv of ranger then 9 levels monk 10 levels of  9 lvs of monk or 10 rogue before you get improved evasion and defensive roll (required for epic dodge)

So now you are at lv 39 and dont have epic dodge or Bane of enemies- You dont get 2 more feats.

Show me how you can- tried it several ways.

20 ranger 12 rouge 6 monk double feat at 37 rogue for Epic dodge level 40 bane. This is from memory and not checking on a leveler but something like this should work.

20 ranger 1 ranger (I think 21 is feat level for bane) 5 monk (these are swapable) 3 rouge 1 monk would be better thou.

Well, I played around with the build and did a 22 ranger 18 rogue that works pretty weel too.

Hmm.... why 22 ranger may I ask? You're only using ranger for Bane of Enemies as far as I can tell, so you just need to have 21 ranger; which gives you 19 rogue. It's always a good idea to try and get an uneven level of rogue for that extra 1d6 sneak attack, but in this case level 19 rogue also gives you a bonus feat (could be epic dodge or something else like improved sneak attack, skill mastery, epic skill focuses etc.)
I'm just guessing here, but I bet you took it to get Bane of enemies earlier and then took 1 more level of ranger later to maximize your discipline skill - I think you should just wait it out to get cane of enemies later at level 39 or 36 if you can't wait.
If KD is a problem, look at getting epic skill focus discipline maybe.

Well, I wanted the Bane early so I got it at lv 24 and had crappy discipline so at 40 I took the 22nd to fill it in. Not too bad actually. The reason for dropping the monk levels- the server I tried this on has +6 AC for dual weild and 2 handed weapons EXCEPT for monks. Monks dont get the AC bonus. And being Dex not Wis based, no monk AC bonus.
