AB with max STR and fully raged is 60.

AC with suggested gear and Haste is around 60. Take away 10 when in full rage.

HP at full CON is 934.

Expect this toon to get hit a lot due to its rubbish AC especially when raging - the HP and DR will help make up for that, but with the post-wipe item set it is not the DR shield of past times.

If the AC doesn't matter, why not swap Heavy Armor Proficiency with something more useful, like exotic weapon proficiency, or disarm?
There are armor sets specifically tailored to barbarians, such as Dimba's or Sistra's armor, that require medium proficiency only.

Yep you could do that - personally I have never found any descent non full plate armour. Also you would need to bump INT to get disarm.

Bard lvl 1 not get you more Skill points? Probably effect you BAB but might be worth it if you like skill points spot or listen perhaps..

Yeh if you start dropping barb levels for bard pre-epic it will effect your BAB - personally I think on this toon maxing out BAB is more worth while than obtaining a handfull of additional skill points.

There could be an argument for taking Bard and/or PM levels pre epic and that would be the saves bonus. ie 15 Barb / 3 Bard /2 PM will give a drop of 2ab but something like +3/4 to all saves...

Ok, I checked it out, not quite +3/4 to all saves but still good: +1 Fort, +5 Will, +2 Reflex
Saying that, I'd probably still go full Barb pre epic
